Cookie Policy

  1. What are cookies.

A "cookie" is a small text file created on the user's computer when he accesses a specific site, with the purpose of storing and transporting information. Cookies are sent from a web server (i.e. the computer on which the website visited is running) to the user's browser (Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, etc.) and stored on the latter's computer; they are then sent back to the website during subsequent visits.

During navigation, the user could also receive cookies from different sites on his terminal (so-called "third-party" cookies), set directly by the operators of said websites and used for the purposes and according to the methods defined by them .

  1. Types of cookies used by this site

The Site uses only technical cookies to guarantee and facilitate navigation and use of the website and to collect information, in aggregate form, on visits to the Site, with respect to which no consent is required from the interested party pursuant to the legislation in force. Third-party cookies are also used for profiling purposes. No personal user data is acquired by the site for this purpose. Cookies are not used to transmit information of a personal nature, nor are c.d. persistent cookies of any kind, or systems for tracking users.

The use of c.d. session cookies (which are not stored permanently on the user's computer and disappear when the browser is closed) is strictly limited to the transmission of session identifiers (consisting of random numbers generated by the server) necessary to allow safe exploration and site efficiency. The so-called Session cookies used on this site avoid the use of other IT techniques potentially prejudicial to the privacy of users' browsing and do not allow the acquisition of personal identification data of the user. More precisely, the Site uses:

  1. Third-party cookies.

A number of third-party cookies, including profiling ones, are installed through the Site, which are activated by clicking "ok" on the banner. The individual third-party cookies are reported in detail, as well as the links through which the user can receive more information and request the deactivation of cookies.

  1. Google Analytics

The Site uses Google Analytics for purely statistical purposes. This is a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. ("Google") which uses cookies, which are stored on the user's computer to allow statistical analysis in aggregate form in relation to the use of the website visited; it should also be noted that in addition to cookies, Google also uses a pixel tag (see information).

Google uses the personal data collected for the purpose of tracking and examining the use of this Application, compiling reports and sharing them with other services developed by Google. This site, like all those made in Kali, disables sharing with other services developed by Google. Google may use personal data to contextualize and personalize the ads of its advertising network.

This integration of Google Analytics makes your IP address anonymous.

Anonymization works by shortening the IP address of the Users within the borders of the Member States of the European Union or in other countries adhering to the agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the IP address be sent to Google's servers and shortened within the United States (see information).

As expressly indicated by the Privacy Guarantor with the "Clarifications regarding the implementation of the legislation on cookies" of 5 June 2015, the sites that use, for mere statistical purposes, analytical cookies created and made available by third parties are not subject to the obligations and fulfilments provided for by the law (notification to the Guarantor in primis) if suitable tools are adopted to reduce the identifying power of the analytical cookies they use (for example, by masking significant portions of the IP address) and provided the use of these cookies is subject to contractual obligations between sites and third parties, in which the third party's commitment is expressly referred to or to use them exclusively for the provision of the service, to keep them separately and not to "enrich" or "cross" them ” with other information they have.

The owner of this site, as already mentioned, has decided to make use of the anonymization function of users' IPs provided by Google and has accepted the amendment on data processing (Google Analytics Data Processing Amendment v20130906) made available by Google Analytics in compliance with Directive 95/46 / EC, with which Google undertakes to process data according to the requests of the Customer - Site Owner and not to share them with other additional services unless the Customer himself requests it, through the settings of services. On this point, the user is informed that the owner of this site has not connected Google Analytics to any additional service and that no advertising or data sharing options have been activated with Google. In the light of the precautions adopted, the Google Analytics service, used by this Site for mere statistical purposes, is activated upon landing, not requiring any consent from the user for the release of the relative cookies. Download the Google opt-out browser add-on Analytics.

B2. Social Network buttons and widgets

The Social buttons are those particular "buttons" on the Site that depict the icons of social networks (for example, Facebook and Twitter) and allow users who are browsing to interact with a "click ” directly with social platforms. By using these buttons, therefore, no third-party cookies are installed. However, the links where the user can view the privacy information relating to the management of data by the social networks to which the buttons refer are shown.

With the exception of technical cookies strictly necessary for normal navigation, the provision of data is left to the will of the interested party who decides to browse the Site after having read the brief information contained in the appropriate banner.

The interested party can therefore avoid the installation of cookies by keeping the banner (therefore refraining from closing it by clicking on the "ok" button), as well as through the appropriate functions available on their browser.

  1. Disabling cookies

Without prejudice to the foregoing in relation to cookies strictly necessary for navigation, the user can eliminate the other cookies through the function made available for this purpose by the Data Controller through this information or directly through his browser. Each browser has different procedures for managing settings. The user can obtain specific instructions through the links below.

The deactivation of third-party cookies is also possible through the methods made available directly by the third-party company that owns this treatment, as indicated in the links in the paragraph "third-party cookies”.

Warning: the total or partial disabling of technical cookies can compromise the use of the functions of the Site reserved for registered users. On the contrary, the usability of public content is also possible by completely disabling cookies.

4. Rights of the interested party.

The interested party can exercise the rights provided for by articles 15 to 22 and by art. 34 of EU Reg./679/2016; in particular, he may request access to personal data, rectification or cancellation, limitation of treatment, opposition to treatment and the right to the portability of data concerning him.

Furthermore, the interested party may exercise the right to revoke the consent given for one or more purposes at any time, without thereby jeopardizing the lawfulness of the processing, based on the consent given before the revocation.
